Agreement to Receive SMS, MMS, and Email Communications – Morel Brothers LLC

By providing your mobile phone number or email address and affirmatively opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS, MMS, and/or email messages from Morel Brothers LLC. These messages may include alerts, updates, promotions, deals, and other relevant business communications. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, similar automated technology, or email delivery platforms.

  • TCPA Compliance for SMS: By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Morel Brothers LLC to send recurring marketing SMS/MMS messages, as outlined in this agreement. This ensures express written consent for SMS marketing, as required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Your consent is documented and may be used for auditing purposes if necessary.

  • Message Frequency: You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per month and 3-4 emails per week depending on your interaction with our service and the content you have subscribed to.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out at any time by: 

  • SMS: texting STOP to (267) 209-7505. After sending STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message.

  • Email: Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. 

  • Help Information: For assistance, reply with the word HELP to our SMS number or contact us via email at contact@themorelbrothers.com.

  • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for SMS messages, depending on your mobile plan. For emails, standard internet or data fees may apply. Check with your wireless provider for SMS rates or your internet provider for email rates.

  • Carrier Disclaimer: Participating U.S. carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Privacy & Data Usage: Data collected through this SMS program may include your phone number, email address, carrier, email interactions, message content, and the date and time of messages. We may use this information to deliver services and updates you request. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

  • Mobile Number Updates: You agree to promptly notify us of any changes to your mobile number to ensure continued communication.

  • Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to this service. If you are under 18, you may not use this service unless you have received parental or guardian consent.

  • Service Changes: Morel Brothers LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this messaging service at any time, with or without notice.

  • Governing Law: This agreement and any dispute related to your use of the SMS service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (without regard to its conflict of law provisions) and applicable federal law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
